Requirements and Benefits

• No registration or set-up fee to join.
• Low annual fee of only $50.
• High 80/20 commission split. You keep 80% of the referral fee and Referral Realty keeps 20% for administrative/broker fees.
• You can join with an active, an inactive, or a new license and live anywhere in the U. S. or the world.
• You can refer a buyer or a seller to an agent/broker of any participating real estate company of your choice or ask Referral Realty to select an agent.
• Your business with Referral Realty is conducted virtually by email, fax and mail. No travel to an office. No office duty. No sales meetings.
• If you would like to become an active salesperson again, you can switch back at anytime.
