How to Join Referral Realty and Associates
If you are an agent with an "active" license, contact your present broker and request your license to be "released" online through the Georgia Real Estate Commission (www.grec.state.ga.us) website. If your broker requires paperwork, a GREC Change Application form, download the application from the GREC website (www.grec.state.ga.us) and have your broker sign and then forward to Referral Realty by fax or email (Fax: 770-234-4115 or Email: info@referralrealtyandassociates.com). Proceed to"Membership Registration" below.
If you are an agent with an "inactive" license and your license is "not lapsed" (GREC fees paid and continuing education current) and if it is within 30 days from the date your license was removed from your former broker, proceed to "Membership Registration" below and you will be added as an agent with Referral Realty online. If your license has been on inactive status for over 30 days since you left your former broker, then the Commission requires a Change Application to be submitted. Download the Change Application form from the Georgia Real Estate Commission website (www.grec.state.ga.us), complete it and submit to Referral Realty by fax or email (Fax: 770-234-4115 or Email: info@referralrealtyandassociates.com). You may proceed to "Membership Registration" below at this time or wait until the Commission has activated your license under Referral Realty.
If you are an agent with an "inactive" license and your license is "lapsed" with GREC (GREC fees not paid or continuing education not current), please contact GREC on how to proceed before affiliating with Referral Realty.
If you are a "new" agent, obtain a "Sponsoring Broker Statement Form" from the Broker of Referral Realty (please call 770-509-0265 or email at info@referralrealtyandassociates.com to request the form). Submit the completed form with the Broker's signature to the AMP test center when you apply for an active license. Proceed to "Membership Registration" below.
